Is this just another coaching programme?
No. Most coaching programmes give you frameworks, motivation, and theory. You leave the room inspired and then nothing changes on Monday morning. Over 16 weeks, you build six core business assets that feed directly into Command HQ, your own AI-powered operating system. Do I need to be a We Build Trades client?
No. Cohorts 1 and 2 were exclusively for existing WBT clients. Cohort 3 is the first public launch. Anyone who owns a trade or home service business can join.

The bootcamp builds the system. Then you have 12 months of ongoing support: fortnightly Q&As with Daniel and Stephen, quarterly 1:1 strategy sessions, the private WhatsApp group, in-person intensives, and continued access to Command HQ. After the programme, Command HQ continues as a SaaS subscription. Cohort 3 members lock in the founding rate of £297 + VAT per month for life.
Is this available outside the UK?
Cohort 3 is open to trade business owners in the UK and Ireland. We're keeping the first public cohort focused on our home market where we have the deepest track record and can deliver the most support. International expansion is planned for future cohorts.
